Jim Schmidt is our personal Medicare Representative and Jim has gone the extra mile to assure that we have all the necessary knowledge and tools to make our crutial Medicare selections. Jim had made 3 or 4 different trips to our home to help us during the selection process, plus he met with us twice at a retirement center as well.
