Called to make an appointment was told they didn’t have appointments till March. Told the receptionist that would be fine face her my insurance information. She said she call back later that day or tomorrow. Never heard anything going on week 2 now. Overall disappointed with how new customers are treated.

If anyone is needing any dental work I highly recommend Dr. Mai at Duncan Dental. When I was about 16/17 cracked a tooth by opening a beer bottle that needed a quick fix. Well that quick fix lasted aboit 15 years. About two weeks ago I started having sensitivity to that same tooth I crack, well turns out my quick fix was needing to be completely redone. Well today I went to my appointment with my anxiety through the roof! I can deal with the sounds of the drills and everything else, but those shots in your mouth to numb get me every time! Wel let me tell you I felt absolutely NOTHING! I have never

The most enjoyable dental experience that we have ever had. Every person in the facility is friendly and helpful. The systems and the employees work so well together that they had everything ready upon exiting. They also have the most up to date technology which was very impressive for a small clinic.

I took my 4 year old son, at first he was so scared to go and as soon as he got there and sat down he said he loved it! They made him feel so comfortable and right at home!
