Services
Adam started his legal career in 2000 doing transactional work representing some of the country's largest financial institutions for a large multinational law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. In late 2001, already contemplating a career change, Adam was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by a drunk driver who ran a stoplight.
As a lawyer and a small business owner, Mathew views his cases with a singular focus: to solve the problems faced by his clients. Mathew has extensive experience as a trial lawyer who has handled complex cases such as non-compete violations involving billion-dollar multi-national corporations, inflammatory defamation attacks against local businesses, catastrophic personal injury cases and million-dollar contractual disputes.
Missy Foard started her legal career doing insurance defense work. After several years of attending mediations and hearing about the impact of financial strain and its impact on marriages, Missy switched gears and began practicing family law at SeiferFlatow. Missy Foard is a partner at SeiferFlatow, PLLC, and her practice focuses on family law.
Ryan Ames focuses his practice on criminal defense, including DWI charges, in both state and federal courts. He works hard to help clients facing criminal charges to navigate an overwhelming and stressful time while providing them skilled legal service. Prior to joining SeiferFlatow, Ryan lived in Washington, DC and worked as a trial attorney in Northern Virginia.
Arcangela Mazzariello began her career as a political poller working on presidential campaigns across the country. Putting off her childhood aspirations of being an attorney as long as she could, she finally got down to business and went back to school. She graduated from St. Joseph's College and City University of New York Law School at Queens College.

I had a random ticket this past summer and Ryan was able to get it down to a improper equipment charge directly with the DA because the court was closed thanks to Covid. I’m very impressed! They did a great job doing exactly what they said they would do and it was very easy. Highly recommend, they definitely know how to work the case for the clients benefit.

I hired Ed Martin to represent me in a speeding violation issue in late 2021. Ed was able to negotiate an ideal outcome to the situation (90 in a 65 mph-clean record), and his fee was reasonable. He made himself available to answer any questions I had. The office assistant Mai-Lynne is friendly, organized, and helpful - even reminding me via email to settle my fine with the state to lock in Ed's deal. Thanks again.

We hired Arcangela to represent us/our teenage daughter in a sensitive high school situation. Her candor was refreshing and she even made us laugh in a less than funny moment. She was direct and handled our case swiftly. Arc was able to get us exactly what we thought was fair which was a reversed suspension from a high school sports team due to precedence of recently decided supreme court case. I would call her again in a heartbeat. She and her team were all professional, while also having a personal touch that meant a lot to us.

I have come to them twice, and both times they helped me win my cases. I have worked with two attorneys. Missy was my last attorney and she helped me feel confident about my child custody case. Her and her team are very responsive, helpful and kind too, which you need especially when your going through this. I recommend them!

Adam and his team are trustworthy, professional and truly care about their clients. If medical care is needed, they will follow through to see that the client receives the adequate treatment. When it comes time to settle the case, they always go above and beyond to fight for what is deserved. I highly recommend this firm!

At SeiferFlatow, the lawyers and staff wereresponsive and personable. However, they were not prepared to battle with an aggressive lawyer. SeiferFlatow did no relevant legal research to understand legal precedent and spent no time investigating the oppositions claims. As a result SeiferFlatow advised me to accept a settlement based on bad advice and their incompetent guidance. Hiring SeiferFlatow was a terrible decision.

How does this place have 5 stars? Must be from friends and family. I contacted them regarding a negligence/personal injury claim to see how they could help/what to do. The bimbo who does intake literally asked me what I wanted the lawfirm to do about it. Ummm, I don't know that's why I reached out to see if there was anything that could be done. What do lawyers normally do? And if nothing could be done based on the info I had provided she could have easily just said that instead of flat out asking what I wanted them to do about it like I was making a claim against her personally. I can't say enough about my experience with this firm. They took such amazing care of me throughout the entire process. I was rear ended by a landscape truck last August. The accident did $20k in damage to my vehicle and as a result, I had to have shoulder surgery and spent months in rehab. I was out of work for 7 months with medical bills piling up. It felt like it would never be resolved and the insurance adjusters continued to drag their feet. But the firm worked diligently to keep me in the loop, constantly check on my progress, and update me regularly. It was not a clear cut case

Takes the stress out of getting a speeding ticket. I travel a lot for work and had gotten a speeding ticket for 74 in a 60 mph speed limit zone on Hwy 85. Seriously the best law lawyer ever as he achieved the best result as a non moving violation of improper equipment. If you want to see results and have peace of mind call SeiferFlatow. I can't say thanks enough!

Best Lawyer ever. I was recommended by my sister, who in 2013 got a ticket on Hwy 85, In a work Zone, going 96 on a 55 speed limit area. The cop told her she was very lucky, he wasn't arresting her. To get her self a very good lawyer. She went to her usual lawyer. He went to court once, continue the case, and refer her to SeiferFlatow, PLLC. It cost her $500, but the BEST thing is they got her Ticket DISMISSED!
Well, my issues (3) unpaid tickets from 2002-2003 were a bit more problematic, but guess what, SAME RESULT, All DISMISSED!,In January 2016. If you want a so-so result, you can go to
