Not sure if they're under new ownership since pre-pandemic or just busy, but it was not as good as it once was. Still better than other similar restaurants in the area. The staff was mediocre. Took the wrong order over the phone, needed corrected and were rude upon pick up. I wouldn't order from there again just bc I take my cheat day seriously and I tossed the majority of my meal. Hopefully same people and just caught them on a bad day.

I'm perplexed by the ratings of this place.
The spring rolls were bad. The general tsos had zero flavor and wasn't spicy in the least. The pork dumplings were bad. The beef and chicken were mediocre.
When the best thing we had was fried rice and crab rangoon, that's not a good sign.
Avoid. Find other options.

I WAS a regular here. Use to be amazing. Never going back. No meat in your entrees at all. I ordered two entrees and got NO rice with any of it. Terrible you are charging people that much for that amount of meat. Funny they can fill the veggies and chx up. I’ll give a different family business my money.

We used to get food here regularly, then a couple of deliveries early in the pandemic, then they were closed for a long time due to a family issue.
Called today and found they had been open for a month. Placed a big order for pickup.
From the overcooked Pu-Pu Platter, the Pork Egg Foo Young with no pork, the tasteless fried rice, etc, this was a great disappointment. Haven't even tried the General Tso Chicken yet. The only thing that was good was the Crab Rangoon.
Sorry to see this happen, but can't imagine going back now.

After being dissatisfied with other local restaurants,
We decided to do some digging, and Lin's House stood out from the rest! I was more than pleased with the taste of their food, portions, and price! The Krab Rangoon was more on the sweeter side, but this is by far the Best Chinese restaurant in town, hands down. Thank you so much for your service

It's very classic American style Chinese food, but just done way better than most places.
The food isn't super fancy, but it's expertly and thoughtfully prepared, like a home cooked meal. Nothing tasted frozen or reheated or soggy, it was all very fresh and balanced. Some of the best comfort-food-style Chinese I've ever had.
As long as you're expecting standard fare American Chinese food, you will not be disappointed! I'd order again in a heartbeat.

Frankly we have been quite disappointed in Chinese food in Fort Myers. After several years of living here, we have not found hardly any that I would recommend. But this one is the exception.
The hot and sour soup is one way we gauge things. And this was very good, not filled with corn starch and plenty of good ingredients. The Kung-Pow and other spicy chicken dishes are perfectly prepared to you liking for the right amount of heat.
The service is quick (we do pickup) and the prices are downright cheap. Portions, like most Chinese restaurants is an overabundance.
This is a good one!

My meal was excellent! The small (pint) serving of shrimp and mixed vegetables was loaded with 6 huge shrimp. The vegetables were nicely cooked, especially the broccoli. Each veggie maintained its own flavor so it was obviously freshly done, made to order. My husband ordered wonton soup, chicken wings, and fried rice. Large portions but I think he ate it all! So good! He drove a few miles to pick it up, although we could have requested delivery. He said their set-up for Covid was the safest he has seen. We will definitely order again.

My wife and I really want people to know how awesome this place is. We have ordered from this place a couple of times and every time it was delicious. The food is always nice and hot and super fresh. What I mean is everything we ordered had a really sharp clean delicious taste to the food. And the owners are super nice. The portions are nice and big. We love eating here, we will definitely be back very soon. Thank you so much. Please keep up the great job.

This place is outstanding..we used to eat at their location when they were at Fort Myers Beach.
The amount of food they give you is incredible...lunch special is $6.95 , comes with either a can of Soda or an Egg Roll...there is so much it makes 2
Meals.
If you're looking for great Chinese food you must give them a try.

Went looking for Chinese restaurants close to our hotel and stumbled upon Lin's. Excellent Chinese (or at least American Chinese) food-- at a really affordable price. We ordered the pork fried wontons-- a generous amount of pork not usually made like this, The General Chicken was excellent as was the broccoli and veggie fried rice-- lots of veggies.
The only downside was the egg roll. I've had much better but that's fine the wontons made up for it.
The place is family owned and run and they were amazing to watch as they worked together.
Good job Lins. Check them out!

Just ordered the sesame chicken lunch combo and a chicken chow mein lunch combo and was very pleased. Food was fresh, hot and there was lots of it. Menu says lunch is $6.95 for the entrée and it comes with pork fried rice and a can of soda. Didn't get a soda but instead was given a very tasty homemade egg roll. The sesame chicken was very tasty as well with meaty chicken chunks tossed in a slightly sweet/savory sauce. The pork fried rice could've used a bit more veggies and pork, but it wasn't bad. My husband said that the chow mein was "clean" tasting, and delicious.
