Services
Hispanic Community Counseling Services (HCCS) is a Latino-operated, community-based, outpatient agency offering behavioral and mental health intervention services that enable individuals and families to meet the challenges within today's scope of "problems of living." HCCS is a multidisciplinary, multicultural, bilingual behavioral health care practice.
At HCCS, we provide treatment and services to the whole family and community. All services are recovery oriented and trauma-informed, meaning we put much importance in a client's particular needs and desires. We combine innovation and expertise with compassionate, caring and cordiality, always remembering that it is not illness we treat, but people.
We know it can be a challenge to cope with a behavioral or mental health condition. It's even tougher if it means you have to take time away from family, work, school and your other responsibilities. Our approach to care puts you first and takes every aspect of your current life into account-your physical health, your relationships, your living and financial situations, and more.
Common diagnoses for clients at HCCS include disorders of mood, anxiety, personality, addiction and psychosis. 1. Psychiatric Evaluation are diagnostic services offered by a psychiatrist designed to assist the treatment team to effectively diagnose and treat clients. 2. Medication Management are services of a psychiatrist that monitor and manage medication protocols for clients.
Our child and adolescent services serve patients ages 5 to 17. Our multidisciplinary clinical team of specially trained therapists are ready to welcome you and provide your child with treatment tailored just for his or her situation. We're specialists in a wide range of issues; we work with kids who are struggling with anxiety and depression, abuse, family problems, drug and alcohol use, problems at school, and much more.
