Awesome and fast service. I had a flat tire on Christmas Eve (sigh). Went in just an hour before they were supposed to close. They were busy but Ryan (I think?) saw I was there with my wife and baby and assured me I would be able to go home with a fixed tire in the afternoon. He helped me make the best value choice and added a warranty for free on future repairs. What started like a bad day ended on a positive note! Thanks a lot!

Today was the second time I came here. Their service is excellent and fast. Their prices are very reasonable. All staff are very polite and experienced. I went to them once to buy a tire and a second time to fix a flat tire. Mike, who I think is either the owner or the manager, helped me a lot to get it done quickly and in the best way. I’m glad I found this place….Never pushed me to buy anything extra. In and out is very fast and convenient. Their absolute price is not the lowest(very fair though) but their quality of work, customer service, convenience, time saving experience as a whole package make this my go-to place for all the maintenance work.

Been getting all my tires from this shop over the last 10 years. Had a recent difficult service problem with my car that was diagnosed and resolved by the shop. Been getting my oil change with the shop for a while now. Recently went in to get my lower radiator hose changed. They got me in right away, use to shops taking me in after several days and I really needed it done. They've checked with me to make sure everything is running right. Work so far looks done right, the car runs like it should and was priced fair. Will continue with their business.

Trustworthy, affordable, great communication, knowledgeable, should I kept going? Hands down the best place in Solano County, I've been to many different shops and none compare. I own a car dealership so I bring all of my cars here because I know it'll be done right. Why bring it to John and have him not fix it right just to have to take it here and spend extra money. Best place to go to. Very friendly staff, they'll work with you if something is out of your range. Give them a call you won't mas that you did.

My tire blew out on me on the freeway, called AAA for roadside. Searched for a reasonable good tire shop nearby and decided to go here. Pulled up and got out hoping to speak with someone but I noticed everyone was busy so I waited. Went inside and didn't see anyone, went back outside and noticed a guy pull up and get out and was instantly addressed and helped before me. I politely let them know that I have been waiting to be helped before the guy that just pulled up.

Big Discount Tire Pros put a new set of Toyo AT3's on my Frontier and they look great and ride smooth and quiet. They also did a front end alignment and threw in a warranty for an extremely fair price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Brian called me almost daily to let me know the status of my order and when my tires would be in. Much appreciated! I recommend these guys and I'll definitely be going back for my next set of tires. 5 stars!

I run a body shop, and after several other stores not meeting our standards, I have been fully impressed with the level of service I receive from Brian and the staff at Big Discount Tire Pros! I have at least 2-3 alignments done per week.
I have been in the office on multiple occasions that other customers are there, and appreciate the customer service that is provided to them. I send all my customers that need tires, alignments or even mechanical or oil changes to them because I know they are honest and will not up sell people on what isn't necessary.

Walked into my car where I started to notice rat droppings that gave me the heebeegeebees. Where did this vermin come from? I tried rat traps hoping that I would catch it rather than the worse happening.
Well...it happened. Ever heard that expression "smells like something crawled in there and died"? That's what I smelled one day.
At one point I thought it was the construction work on the road where I thought pipes were getting laid down for the new homes...as the day went by I wanted to vomit.

After taking 2 Ls with the Costco VV tire DEPT, we found our tire home here at Big Discount Tire Pros. Earlier this year, they patched a tire in an hour. Then the other day, they patched my screw-retained tire (different car) again in less than an hour...and this was on a jam-packed Friday, folks! We appreciate their top notch customer service; kind-heartedness and efficiency are what will bring us back for our future tire needs.

I had a screw in my front right tire. I went to this shop and was greeted with a friendly hello.
They took my keys and fixed my tire for FREE!
These guys are friendly and professional and will definitely come back here for tires.
