I had the best experience obtaining insurance at AIM insurance of Texas The staff is punctual, thorough, and so incredibly kind! This is my first time purchasing insurance through an agent, and I have no idea why I never did so before. They were always available to answer any questions and really cared about making sure the customer was happy. I highly recommend this agency! Incredible deals also, can not beat it!

I have got great respect for this company. As soon as I step inside the office I was greeted by staff who are bilingual so I was able to tell my insurance needs with much ease, after 10 mins they provided me with several insurance rates and believe me the rates were far better than any other agency. This place is great.

I entered as a walk in customer on a Friday in late June, 2019, after reading several positive reviews on Maps. My objective was to obtain affordable liability auto insurance, after mine expired with Pronto in June. Pronto is not an easy company to obtain information from their underwriters, so I am determined in going elsewhere.
Right away as I entered, there was no receptionist available to usher me in as a walk in customer. The only announcement was the front door beeping sound here. So I found one seat only available in the lobby. There are not any comfortable couches here for people waiting

I have been enjoying the excellent service of Aim insurance for a while now. I can describe and translate all the outstanding services in two words only "peace of mind". I don't personally know my agent, but I know this for sure that he's very work oriented and will go out of his way to provide an excellent service and quotes. Always a pleasure to deal with them.
