This attorney at first seems like she is very willing to help, ultimately she’s money hungry.
I first hired Kim to try to help me resolve a problem with a cloud on title on a investment property I bought to flip. She wrote a couple emails to Old Republic title and for that she charged $3,500. Every time I would simply call to get an update on the case (not more than 2 min convos) she was charging me $250 just for the conversations. I went into her office to try to understand why I was being charged in this manner, with such little results or work. She tried to brush it off and proceeded to charge

I had a very good experience with The Soto Law Office. I virtually attended a meeting which I found very informative regarding estate planning. I have put this off for years actually a decade. The first and second attempt the office made I ignored but they continued to contact me and I made they appointment and I have finalized my estate plans.
