Dr. Colvin is a practicing Chiropractic Physician with an emphasis in personal injury cases and other cases of accidental injury while working in conjunction with medical physicians. He was born and raised in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Dr. Colvin performed his undergraduate work at Western Wyoming College, University of Wyoming and Portland State University.

Spinal Rejuvenation Therapy is a NON-surgical, traction based therapy for the relief of back and leg pain or neck and arm pain. My husband and I started going to Spine Care Plus a few months ago. I can honestly say I feel better and doing better all the time and so is my husband. We are so blessed to have found them.
The doctor and staff are all very professional and polite. They are on time with very little waiting if any!
I even took my friend from out of state there today to be seen. She was in pain from her 1100 mile drive to PC.

Spine Care Plus has the best chiropractic care I've ever had! They treat you like family and take such wonderful care of you! They helped me through many car accidents and issues I've had and Doc always seems to know how to put me back together again! I love this place and I definitely recommend them for your chiropractic and massage needs! Wish there were more stars... I'd give 1,000 stars!

A couple years ago I developed an excruciating nerve pain in my neck. It became so bad so quick I couldn't sleep. After over a $1000 in Dr visits and scans I tried Dr Colvin. He worked a straight miracle for me and I've been pain free ever since. I trust him so much I have him adjust my 8 year old to help her chronic ear infection/pain. So far so good!!! Also a warm friendly staff! Thank you Dr Colvin!
