We offer many types of treatments and services designed to keep your child's overall oral health at its best! Sometimes a child cannot safely be treated with laughing gas or conscious sedation. Technique sensitive dental procedures are difficult to complete on patients that are very young, combative, or have extensive treatment needs.
San Antonio and San Marcos Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is the vision of Dr. Roel Gonzalez and his wife, Dr. Ana Lavermicocca-Gonzalez. Their family of five (one member being a fur baby) lives in San Antonio, and they love to serve their community. Outside of the office, you can find Dr. G and Dr.

It’s been awhile since I have been able to walk into a dentist office and say, “This is where my kids belong.” I’ve had to switch dentists a few times for my kids because of lack of empathy and honesty from staff or the dentist itself but being here with my son, I’m glad I was somewhere I could finally be relaxed and comfortable with my kids being in good hands.

Been bringing my daughter here for a few years now and we have always been treated with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. My daughter was a little weary of the dentist process at first but they worked with her and now she enjoys her visits every time we come. Everyone is kind and patient and that can go a long way when dealing with smaller children.

We had a wonderful experience. All four of our kids were able to make appointments at the same time. They were very organized with online paperwork you can complete before hand. Dentists and staff use very gentle and friendly methods and have a very warm and caring approach. We were in and out fairly quickly and will definitely be back!

We moved here from The Woodlands, TX and loved our pediatric dentist there. I googled and searched for one here in San Marcos, and found Dr. Roel Gonzalez. I’ve been very impressed with our first two visits. The staff is very welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Gonzales was very patient and thorough with my granddaughter. He takes his time and asks to see if his patient is feeling okay quite often. He’s won us over!
