Extraordinarily good service.
"Service Engine Soon" light on my dash, traveling away from home.
He was able to clear the engine codes and test-drive to see the issue wasn't immediately recurring, and could clear me to drive home.
He could have just launched into an (expensive) repair, but gave me good honest service instead.

Just tried to get a smog here, upon arriving I talked to a technician and told them I wanted a smog. The technician started to say and I quote “my smog machine is uh… we’re closing soon.” Now they were still going to be open for an hour and five minutes but I’m very aware that with only an hour left to be open they have cars that they’re already working on or smogs and that’s gonna take up that time, my problem is that the technicians first thought was to lie and that doesn’t strike me as a trustworthy repair or smog shop. I’m sure others had better experiences but use this place

Took my car that has never failed here, it failed, the recommended a catalytic converter. had one installed and retested for free, it failed worse. back to muffler shop that did cat, to get everything checked took it to another station it passed no problem and was about $50 cheaper. Never going here again.
