WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I can't say enough about the professionalism, wisdom and knowledge Regina and her staff displayed on my behalf on many occasions. Extremely bad customer service, had to wait over a month just for her to tell me she needed more documents. Very unprofessional and caused me to owe the IRS money because of her and the staffs unprofessional service. DO NOT GO TO HER, you would be better off at H&R Block and thats as low as it can go. -5 Stars if I could

I've had by far the worse experience dealing with Regina Page CPA. For years I used H&R Block to file my taxes however, in 2014 I chose to support a black owned business instead of a tax preparer chain. I was referred to Regina by a family member. At first she was too good to be true with her affordable prices. Well you get what you pay for. For the first time ever my husband and I owed a significant amount of money to the IRS and I thought this was odd with him still being a student, us having a new dependent and a household making less than $70,000. I used her for 2 years and those are 2 years
