I&U CPA was extremely responsive to my e-mails and questions and I felt the fee for tax services was very fair. The online portal also made it easy to share my tax forms which made a face-to-face meeting unnecessary.

I used I&U CPA for my last year's tax preparation for my small business and had a great experience. They were very diligent and found errors in my previous year's return and filed an amended return to get a higher refund. They also spent face to face time to understand my situation and were available over the phone and email for any questions (my previous tax accountant was not as responsive). I thought they were very reasonably priced for a New York CPA. It's hard to find an affordable accounting firm in Manhattan. I will definitely continue using them for tax advice for me personally and my business

I had an email exchange with them looking into using their services, the conversation quickly turned into a chat about how much they charge even before we had any foreplay, not even on the phone. from the figures i was given i understood it was a luxurious service but i said that if at the end i/m happy i can deal with it. i asked them to call me so i get to know them, it is understandable that i don/t like to get in bed with strangers. the call, or email, never came though leaving me slightly heart broken.

I have only even spoken over the phone with I&U, but I was so impressed at the level of honesty and integrity of the CPA that I spoke to that I had to leave a review.
Having identified my specific set of concerns and situation, the man I spoke to actually talked me out of doing business with them, and advised that I maintain my relationship with my current accountant. He could've easily taken my money and done my taxes, but it wasn't in my best interest for him to do so and I am grateful that he was upfront about it. Not to mention all the free advice and how he thoroughly explained

I&U CPA was awesome to work with!! Best decision we made! We've always done our own taxes, but this year, after getting married, moving (husband and I lived in different states then moved to NY together, which meant filing in 3 states), having rental income and other investments, we finally decided our taxes were too complicated and hired a CPA. I started working with I&U CPA in 2011. Back then I had a horrendous payroll tax accounting situation and disorganized books of my small business due in part to my staff's overwhelming workload. He straighten up my tax situation and accounting for my S-Corp...he deals with IRS all year round and knows the tax code like the back of his hand. Anyways...I got married two years ago. My relationship with I&U CPA involved two corporate entities and a partnership, aside from my personal tax matters. I have found the CPA tax counsel very valuable in my business endeavors. I can say it is a quality Manhattan CPA firm. You get all the services with a personal touch from these Manhattan tax accountants. And they are available all year round for questions. However, I felt like the fees are a little high but my tax returns were a little complicated so that may justify the fees in my case.
