I called the office and sent an email to this place after accidentally braking my retainers months after getting my braces off. I was not seen after two weeks. Once I got to my appointment I wasn’t even seen by my dentist.
I was suggested by the front desk lady to go to a new dentist to replace my retainers.. which I found very unprofessional of them. HORRIBLE experience. They do not prioritize their patients here! Like another review said. Stay far from this place if you want decent dental service.

As a new patient visiting Walnut Hills Family Dentistry, I'm very happy with my first 5 visits. I'm usually anxious and nervous whenever I go to dental appointments because of my previous bad experiences. However, Dr. Fahmy and his staff are awesome, welcoming, and very professional. They made me feel comfortable starting with Elva, front desk, and Priscilla, who performed x-rays and assisted Dr. Fahmy. Dr. Fahmy educated me and explained what needs to be done. The woman who runs the front office here is unprofessional and very rude. Walnut Hills Family dentistry does not care about their families that they serve. I would not recommend this place if you want helpful service or if you prefer to not be given the run-around with insurance. They refused to bill our insurance for a necessary service my daughter needed even after speaking with our insurance and them approving the service through her primary dentist. The woman at the front desk was dismissive and unprofessional and told us “either you pay out of pocket or we won’t touch your daughter.”

On my last visit in September, I always felt at ease and had a VIP treatment starting with Elba, the receptionist, my hygienist, Priscilla who always does a great job and of course Dr. Fahmy who is always welcoming and gives his undivided attention to his patients. Overall I am satisfied and always leave the office with a big 😃

Hello! I would like to say that as a fairly new patient visiting in Walnut Hills Family Dentistry that I am happy going there for my first 4 visits! The staff is VERY PROFESSIONAL, REALLY VERY NICE, polite! The staff made me feel comfortable just being there! There were times I accidentally coughed bad while the dentist & his assistant was working on my teeth at the same time! I said, "Sorry!" The dentist said, "No! No! No! It is OK! Would you like some water?" I said, "Yes!" After I drank water, I was ok! I am REALLY VERY SORRY for accidentally coughing! I thought that they would get mad that

The experience is definitely worth waiting to score an appointment. Dr. Fahmy is great. Definitely recommend because he and his staff were awesome.

An excellent dental office, very professional, very, very nice staff, you feel comfortable which is a rare feeling in dental offices, but in this office is something else. The dental work is done precisely and what you actually need not more or less, period. The fees are reasonable also, I recommend this office highly.

I arrived to my Dental appointment on time. I received my COVID test and updated my medical record. Immediately thereafter I was taken in for x-rays. I received my regular teeth cleaning by a very nice and pleasant dental technician. afterwards I was examined by the Doctor and received a clean bill of health. Everything went very quickly and painless. I enjoyed my visit.
