Scheduled a first introduction zoom meeting for 3/25/21 -where they scheduled me and sent me a link. I was there. They were NOT. I waited several weeks for this appointment, and took time away from work and clients to make room for it. Not cool to leave me hanging...and waste my time. Suprised at this behavior from a company with such good reviews. No call, no follow up.

Cristina and her band of # crunching sprites are truly a rare breed. As soon as we switched over to them, our entire team breathed a deep sigh of relief. They are radically helpful, friendly, and professional.
Where many in their world try to pass a lot of the grunt work (entries/notes) on to the client, they are constantly finding ways to reduce the number of little annoyances you'll have to face. And they are darn good at it. It'll feel like things are just on auto-pilot, because they'll be so on top of it, and you'll have so much faith in their work.

I can't say enough good things about Cristina and the rest of the team at Accountingprose! They have standard systems that make sense but also are super responsive when we need something special. They've worked with us to create a monthly/quarterly/yearly process that meets our needs and they produce content for my board so I don't have to. When we've had something urgent come up they've worked late and weekends to make it happen including most recently with the Payroll Protection Program loan application which they made sure we got. Would 100% recommend.

Maybe the coolest company on Yelp. I feel like I just partnered with my genius sister and all of her high power accountant buddies. We were lost before we started with this company and now we have a clear direction. We had sales, marketing and operations figured out, but the money was beyond our abilities. Now it's just all figured out and I have total confidence that the books are kept properly and we are getting great advice. All of this for much less than an in-house bookkeeper.

Tina and Katrina were so incredibly helpful, what a blessing this company was! I just started in accounting/bookkeeping this past April, and have absolutely no technical background. When my company decided to switch accounting software, I knew trying to integrate QuickBooks Pro 2014 with XERO would be nearly impossible for me to do by myself. Xero has a support page online that will walk you through it, but I couldn't even grasp the first step.

Bookkeeping and payroll service management are a necessary detail of running a business that cannot be overlooked and missed. It needs to be done RIGHT and ON-TIME and PERFECT every time.
Explaining to an employee or a vendor a bank or anybody else as to why the numbers aren't right, or the checks weren't cut, or the myriad of excuses that a TOO BUSY business owner and UNDER-STAFFED or UNDER-QUALIFIED employee can come up with, just doesn't cut it.
Accountingprose cuts through the B.S. and simply gets it done right; all the time!

I've been using Tina and AccountingProse for a while now. She sat down and made something that was clearly confusing and intimidating become something very easy to comprehend. She is patient and will make the whole payroll process super simple. She has taken a load off when it comes to those nitty gritty details of hiring new staff. Now I'm a pro. She gave me all the documents I needed to have my staff up and running with automated payments and handled all my 1099's like a pro. I am super busy running around and do not have time to deal with handling all of these payroll details

I've never known someone as passionate about what they do as Tina is, and her job is accounting. She somehow makes numbers easy to understand in a fun and engaging way. She is an expert in her field, though she dabbles in other areas.
If you need something outside of her expertise, she will always refer you to someone qualified who can help.
