Dr. Jill was born & raised in Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK then achieved her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Parker University in Dallas. TX. Dr. Stephen grew up in the small town of Burnet, TX. He received his Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology at Texas A&M University in College Station.

Nice folks and with their sales pitch I signed up for the "symptomatic "plan. Basically 4 months of "adjustments" and while I continue to explain there was no improvement, I was told it takes time and the adjustment were opening the nerves and could sometimes cause pain. Ok call me gullible, but finally after 3 months I said no more adjustments until an MRI was completed. Once the MRI results we received they realize there was no more they could do. So basically I wasted 3 months of adjustments (and they're not cheap) out of pocket for the MRI just to be told they couldn

I started with multiple issues. Neck was stiff and I could not turn either direction. Pain and tingling in hands as well as Sciatica was very painful. Nothing was a quick fix (which I was told from the very beginning that its not quick). It took about 6 months when I started REALLY noticing a difference. As changes were happening, my beginning issues were gone and the weekly maintenance has taken care of new problems that come (like working too many sitting hours or straining a certain area). 18 months later, I am very happy that I have continued the weekly maintenance and consider it just a part

I had an abnormal curve in my neck plus a herniated disk. After following the ‘game plan’ for a year, I rarely have neck pain at all. The curve is almost perfect ~ the atmosphere of their office is always upbeat and friendly. It’s been a pleasure to get to know everyone there and to receive individualized care.

I went in for a simple adjustment. Instead, they said they needed an X-ray first, which was $165. I asked about future charges and was told clearly that, with my insurance, there would be no additional charges. Adjustments would be free. When I went back, instead of an adjustment, I got a sales presentation wanting to to choose a program that would cost between $900 and $2500. Suddenly, no adjustments would be free. They said there must have been a miscommunication. I say I was flat out lied to.

Went in and had a evaluation and they told me after that they don't accept my insurance I'm not someone to have a lot of money and it would've saved me time and money if they could tell me when I handed them my insurance they don't accept it not a hour later. Would not recommend I'm still leaving in pain and payed for service I didn't receive.

Y'all, Jill and Stephen are the absolute best. I have been to chiropractors before, but I have never been to anyone who cares about ME more than the money they can make off of me.
