I have never gone to a chiropractor before yesterday. I've had people tell me the chiropractor did more harm than good so I've always been afraid to go. After 5 days of severe pain i broke down and visited Dr. Lynch at family 1st. Best decision ever. He is amazing. Im so grateful. Nothing he does hurts and i went home walking upright after the second visit plus he got me in the same day i called! I'll be sending my husband in. Go see him...you wont regret it. He's also very affordable.

Dr. Lynch is THE most gracious and caring chiropractor I’ve known. He is patient in listening to your concerns and takes the time to adequately explain anybtrestments. He offers education and hope to people in pain. His adjustments are gentle but effective. His knowledge base extends WAY beyond chiropractic care alone, so he can advise a treatment plan you can trust with confidence. His staff is professional and compassionate as well. Dr. Ryan is great. He was able to improve my back condition so much. I could barley walk when I went to see him for the first time and through his help I did not need to have back surgery in order to live a pain free life again. His patience and humor are hard to find in world we live in. Very professional but comfortable office. His receptionist Misty is great together they are helping people everyday! Go see them you won't regret it.

Dr. Lynch does amazing work. I had been in pain for months and could barely walk. My back improved after my first adjustment and was soon better than ever. His style is very gentle and does not feel like an assault. His bedside manner is kind and understanding. I appreciate that he handles filing with my insurance so I don't have to deal with that mess. Misty runs the office in a way that is genuinely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Family First Chiropractic.
