D&E Auto Repair in Chico, CA, was purchased by Aaron Weber in May of 2019. His first job was in Nebraska at a salvage yard pulling parts. Bored and restless in the midwest, he might have gone astray, had it not been for a broken dirt bike he spotted. Working with his dad, he fixed the bike's carburetor and got it working as good as new and then flipped that bike for a huge profit.

I had another great experience with D and E auto today, took my newly inherited truck in to have some maintenance done on it cause its an older truck and I want to keep it in good running condition. They did a multi point inspection on it and it needed a fluid flush, which I had done and now it runs like a charm.The thing I love best about D and E is that they really care about you and your safety in your vehicle, they are a family owned business and the owner Aaron takes pride in his work and always takes the time to explain in detail just what repairs are needed, why and what the cost will be

All I have to say about this place is they are absolutely awesome. Got a quote over 6 months ago and they honored it. Had car worked on for smog. When it didn't pass they took it back said will figure out problem n call me when cars smoked n ready to go home. When you live 11/2 hours away this is a huge offer. They send you daily updates also. Will use this garage everytime I need one. Above and beyond is how they work in my book. Some good old fashion ethics exist here. Worth every penny

Aaron and his team are a great bunch of people. They worked hard and got my truck done in a very quick manner. And before he gave it back he took it for a test drive just to make sure it was all good. I would highly recommend this company. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. I also got texts showing what was wrong with my truck and what they were going to do to fix it or what was recommended to have fixed. Loved working with this company. Keep on kicking but D&E Auto.

If you live in Chico and need auto repair, look no further. Aaron the owner has a great business model and fixed our family car right, the first time. I didn't have to take it back and get it adjusted or fixed a second time. The location is perfect, he sends pictures to you showing you exactly what he sees and why it needs fixing. Great business model and I'm so thankful to have found reasonably priced, fix it right the first time, fair auto service in Chico.

So me(vw jetta) and my girlfriend(ford fiesta) are both international students at chico state and we tried out 3 repair shops in Chico. But all of them were trying to take advantage of us and saying prices that were too much. But we went to D&E last two times and they were honest and fair priced. I highly recommend d&e for anyone, i promise they will be welcoming, friendly, responsible, and most importantly fair priced!

Just received another exceptional service experience from D and E auto today. Had my brakes and struts replaced and my car drives like a dream and I feel safe on the road again. Top quality parts were used and they still maintain affordable prices. Their fast, friendly and dependable. They take pride in their work and stand behind it so they are the best shop for your auto maintenance or repairs around, hands down!!!
