Paul B. Ahern has been practicing law since 1983 when he was admitted to the Minnesota Bar. In 1987, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. Minnesota's DWI laws can be harsh including mandatory jail sentences, mandatory treatment dictated by probation officers, fines, civil penalties, license revocations and more. Under many circumstances, the police will seize your car, your boat, your RV, or other vehicle. Get the legal help you need from only an experienced DWI lawyer.
My Response: Yes, I will challenge it. Your license revocation can be used for purposes of higher insurance costs, motor vehicle forfeitures and increased future penalties. You have a thirty day time limit to have your lawyer challenge the revocation. It is important to act promptly in hiring a lawyer.

Paul was my lawyer at 16 I’m now 38. I never spent a day behind bars not that I ever did anything wrong! But he is smart and will give you the best outcome on your case and life advice. To me he gave me free advice a few times I may have annoyed him
Haha but he made his point. I recommend to any victim of the tyranny of the state of MN. When i was 16 he taught me lessons I’ll never forget. So if your 16-17yo child happens to get falsely accused
