I brought my Honda in with back tire with a nail. It was just after Christmas and there were at least 20 people waiting ahead of me. They were super friendly, and had an efficient system for getting us all in and out-as fast as possible. It was a simple fix, I know, but no time was wasted, AND they barely charged me anything. I recommend A & V Tires.

I had a flat tire in my yukon. Costco wanted me to drop off vehicle for tire repair the whole day. Tito's Automotive recommended to go to AV tire service..... Excellent service Great customer service at the counter..... only waited an hour and the place was packed with customers..... Saying bye to big box stores and Hello to AV tire service.... you have another loyal customer..... keep up the great work

I had my tires replaced here a few years ago. It was affordable and reliable and they even do free rotations every however many miles.
Today if found a nail in my tire, and after being denied by both big brand tire and pepboys, AV tire service was happy to help me. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. I even got there only 20 minutes before closing and they were busy, but they were still more than happy to help me. I would rate 6/5 if I could.

We were driving home from Oxnard, California on a Saturday afternoon and we suddenly got a flat tire. We were literally in the middle of nowhere. We called the auto club and they sent a flatbed trailer and asked us where we wantEd to go. We called 2 local gas stations and 2 tire companies. All of them were either too busy or just plain didn't fix flat tires. One teferred us to A & V Tire Service. We called them and to our delight the lady said come on over we will reserve a spot for you to have the tire repaired. The flatbed driver dropped us off. We were welcomed by the nicest lady who

Had to wait a bit longer than expected, however looks like customer service and safety is first at AV Tire. Even though my tires only needed air; Mundo said I should also do a tire rotation. Before he let me drive away, he test drove it, to make sure all was satisfactory. Fast service getting checked in, the moment you walk in. His sister, sorry I did not catch her name, but she w was very friendly and courteous. This is why I'll keep returning!

I called to asked if they had time for alignment and they said yes and i showed up not even 15 minutes later walked in and they were rude AF telling me you took to long and they lady just turned around and walked away like i wasn't there. so i called one of my buddies and recommended california tires and auto repair asked for Raul. tell them augie sent you. and 0 Stars is what i rate A&V tires customer service.

I had to change my review from 5 stars to 3 stars because although my first experience here was excellent my second was not. I'm not an expert on cars by any means, but I knew what I wanted. The man who assisted me was very short with me. I was looking for black rims and showed him what I was looking for, they didn't have anything in my size so he said they could order them for me. I said that was fine. He would send me pictures of rims and I would tell him which ones I liked then he would call me and tell me they weren't available and send me more pictures. This is my second visit to this tire shop (bought tires) and both times I've been there they have been nothing but amazing. I noticed that as soon as you walk in you are greeted and taken care of as soon as possible. The staff is super friendly and they don't mess around. They'll let you know what's up, quick. They're always super busy but still manage to be efficient and friendly.
