Nice guy handled my car and answered my questions with no problem as I have not done a smog check in a while. Said it will only take about 10mins and sure enough it was about that much or faster.
They had a promotion which was $20 off and the transaction went through smoothly. Did say it was cash only though for smog check, luckily I had exactly $40 in cash that was the total.

The person in charge was rude.
I came to this place to have a pair of rotors resurface. I think the guy was having a bad day. He told me "I don't have time to be playing with rotors", his helper was laughing on the back, I was between confused and angry, I honestly don't know what was wrong with this guys. He could have just told me to come back another day because he was busy or something. Well, this was my experience at this place, I hope other people have a better one. I don't recommend it.

Brought in my Audi A4 2015 into the shop because I was having problems with AC after using the freon by AutoZone. The price is displayed on the banner got the full service for the AC check. The mechanic connected the AC system to my car in a matter of seconds it was working. Not sure what happen but the mechanic was very honest and said nothing wrong with it. AC is working fine, I checked and it was blowing cold air. Bot sure what happen or if it connecting the system triggered the system to reconnect or something but was happy. The mechanic did charge me anything, not the time or a small service

My first here. Jack was awesome, hus customer service was outstanding. Very friendly and professional. Service was fast and affordable, no run arounds about needing this or that. Shop was very clean and well kept as well as the customer waiting area. I would recommend to anyone and would return for addlt services if needed. Great talking to you Jack!! 03 Durango!!!
