I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday January 1st for 2:30 pm. I made this appointment the day before so i wouldn't have to wait a long period of time. My appointment was set. Upon arrival it had looked to have been closed. I pulled up seen a gentleman in the lobby so i parked my car got out he met me at the door stating no employees had shown up for the day, i informed him i had an appointment, his exact words were welcome to America... If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is MONEY HUNGRY. I came to this location to replace my brakes, and was told my rotors were worn and warped. I just replaced my rotors not even 6 months ago. (Also i don't ride my brakes.) Mind you, i told them i was moving out of state, so i wanted to get my car in order. I was told they wouldn't just put on breaks because i'd result in the same situation and would be wasting my money. I was told that i needed to put into my car other wise i'd just be stuck in vegas. My cars engine had been overheating and I imagine low coolant was definitely the culprit. I had spoken to the representative Jeremy and he informed me after running pressure on the vehicles coolant they were able to spot the leak. The leak was in the water pump and then he immediately quoted me 810$ and after I told him I wasn't sure if I had the funds for this fix he immediately rushed me into the SNAP program. After stating no thank you and leaving with my vehicle I shortly noticed after pulling out of the driveway the engine overheated worse than it was prior to my 129.99 coolant flush

This Midas location is the best in town. I have been taking my car there for years. Randy the owner is an awesome guy. He has an awesome staff who are courteous, smart and knowledgeable. I am retired Air Force, Randy and his staff take great care of me by giving me a military discount. This is my go to place. If your taking your car any where else your doing a disservice to yourself. I had a conversation with an employee by the name of Randy "with a y". He lied about not being the owner of the location then proceeded to tell me he was the owner when I requested 5 times to speak with his supervisor. His tone, choice of words and lack of integrity during our quote unquote recorded call was very distasteful. I am appalled that Midas, being such a prominent name in the industry would allow and continue to allow someone, who treats their clients in this manner, to continue to represent their company. I will go to every length possible to ensure this man is held accountable

I work out of state and bought a vehicle that I knew needed work done. These guys accepted to look at it for me, in particular the overheating issue it was having. I needed the car ready to have family drive it out of state for me. Turns out they told me they fixed my overheating issue by swapping out the thermostat, radiator fan, and radiator cap. They also mentioned a few more things that needed to be done.
1. O2 sensors were having an issue but I declined that because I don't need that in the area to get vehicle registered.

They will cheat you if they can. They cheated my husband. Coupon they said was wrong one. Good customer service would've been to help him find the right or best coupon. Instead charged $110 for oil change and 2 filters. Filters were $50 and with coupon the oil change should have been $19.95.= $70 Manager offered me another free oil change but looks to me like I already paid for it but I'm not going back.

Right when I walked in the guy at the front desk answered the phone. All I said to him was hi and then waited for him to get off the phone. When he was finished I let him know I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change. Then I asked if it would take long as I was on my lunch break. The guy very rudely responded if you're going to rush us I would rather lose the business. I said I work right up the street I'll walk back. It's not a problem. He then began obtaining my info and I asked if I could pay now as I didn't not want anything other than an oil change. Then he was rude again

I came in with a messed up AC. Of course, coming in alone and as a girl I didn't know what to expect. But I met Bill and he is one of the nicest guy who ever lived..like literally. He really took care of me and reassured me that I came to the right place. WHICH I TOTALLY DID. The midas team really took care of my car and it was ready to go in no time. They saved me a lot of money too. I can't forget about Randy, he called frequently to give me updates on my car which I really appreciated!!!

My parking brake mechanism broke on my car today I was afraid to drive too far not knowing what kind of damage it would do to my car across the street from where I had just done my last errand was this Midas. Andy and Sal where very welcoming and rather then try to tell me it was a bunch of unnecessary stuff they listened to what I said was wrong with my car. Treated me (since I am a woman) with respect and didn't make me feel like a "dumb chick" as I have had other repair shops done.
I explained my time crunch dilemma and got right to work on my car. They did a wonderful job!

I had a terrible experience here. The guy in the front was extremely rude, he told me I would learn the hard way. He tried to over charge me when I told him I called ahead and was told something different and plus the advertised price says different as well. Be careful they will take advantage. Super rude, never again.

After today I honestly don't think I'll ever want to come back to this spot. I understand that my car may have some problems here and there, but to be completely honest I just felt like my experience today was the worst. The way I was spoken to had me feeling like I was really stupid. I've never experienced this before and I felt humiliated on the inside as if I knew nothing about my own car; this is the reason I hate going alone to get any work done on my car. No worries, I just won't come back.

Came in for a oil change. That was fine but it took an hour to do. They did a check of everything else, wipers, air filter, tire pressure ect. I just wanted s oil change at a fair price.

I first got my brakes fixed on the midas on jones april 11 2019 paid over 500 dollars, then heard squeaking noise on front left brake, went to this midas on nellis, they suppose to have fixed the problem, now have been to them 2 more times, brakes still squeaking as of today, will request a refund from midas and those who is reading this don't let them touch your car or you will regret it like me.

I've always been a little skeptical with national chain type auto places, and I'd either just research how to maintain or repair my vehicle or just go to the dealership. A simple oil change was all I wanted to do, and couldn't for the life of me get the oil filter cap loosened (thanks Toyota). The free maintenance from them has expired and don't feel the need to pay extra just to renew it.

I went online to request an appointment. 11:30 to 1:30 I believe was the option, and upon finishing the request, the webpage stated they'd call within 30 minutes. It was around 9 at

BART is amazing!! I came in to get my oil change and my truck was quickly serviced.. BART is friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable with any maintenance u may have.. I highly recommend this location... The technicians are fast, friendly and efficient.. I give this place 10 stars if I could!
