For 28 years I was the Regional Admissions Director with Universal Technical Institute where I was responsible for the customer service of high schools in Texas, Kansas, Maryland and Florida. Jeff who completed a comprehensive 2 year Automotive Technician Training at UTI. Jeff further trained and was certified as a Ford Technician in both Auto and Light Duty Diesel.

Our 6000 square foot facility is air-conditioned both in the reception area and in the shop for our technicians. We are on the North Side of FM 1960 RD. West and our Black and White Checkered building sets about 200 ft. off of FM 1960.

I took my 2002 ford f550 tow truck to them to fix it which someone else messed it up they were kind enough to have me leave it at there place until they check it.Mr Randy & Mr Jeff is very nice & knowledgeable.Helped me even before I took my truck to them & answered all my questions.Fixed it in timely manner & very reasonable price.Thanks alot 👍

First off, Jeff was a straight up good dude! Fun to talk to about diesels and builds! He was always available to answer my questions and let me know the progress on my truck! They took pics of the build and the… progress being made and it turned out great! We did a cp3 conversion, up pipes, down pipes, and some good looking air flow pipes! My truck has some very nice horse power! Lots of fun to drive! Thank you Jeff, The Tech team, and Whittyz Diesel for the great build!

Mr. Randy and Mr. Jeff are super nice and experienced. I brought my 2010 F350 to them and asked them to fix a issue that another shop refused to fix to completion. Whitty'z did a smoke test and located the exhaust leak that I told the other shop I hear after they worked on it. Whitty'z took care of the issue very quick and also fixed another issue. I wish I had came to Whitty'z from the very beginning. Anyway, lesson learned and I will only trust Whitty'z with my truck. Thank you Mr. Randy, Mr. Jeff and the rest of your staff.

Today I stopped in at Whitty'z because I was having car trouble on my way to drop a friend at the airport and saw they were close by. Jeff couldn't have been nicer. They took a look at my car and were able to fix in a couple of hours. They were even kind enough to let my dog wait with me inside.

I'm going to tell you right now, this is the place to go. They rebuilt my 02 duramax after Harvey. of course we added a few features. I have had many a person tell me. That is the quietest LB7 Duramax I have ever heard. Not is it only Quite I tell Jeff it's my little 8000 lb Corvette. From Regular work to modifications, These guys are hands down,… THE BEST I HAVE SEEN. The Great thing is they also have financing for you guys that dont have the immediate cash for those upgrades that you want to do . Once Again Thanks Whittys Diesel

Whitty'z did unauthorized repairs and charged us, found out that their repairs were half done/ Engine mount bolt was either stripped by them or they charged us for the repair on something they did not do. Either way is taking advantage of customers. Aggressive & antagonistic owner that won't let you talk if you question any of their work or work ethic. NEVER going back here again.
