Stephanie worked with us for about one year as our buyers agent. We were looking for a single family home in a very specific and highly competitive market. She showed us dozens of houses and submitted a handful… of offers. She was always so positive and encouraging even after losing bids to cash offers. We finally got the home that checked everyone of our boxes, but her help did not stop. She worked with us to navigate a complicated 203k loan process and getting us to the finish line. Marjorie, Ellen, and the rest of the team made the home buying process so easy! They listened to what I was looking for, what my budget was, and what my timing was, and helped me find a property that checked all the boxes! There was no pressure to make a decision and when I was ready to offer they helped me make the best offer based on market value.
