In 2016, a captive insurance cell was started with this company. With premiums paid in equaling nearly $700,000 by the beginning of 2018. After learning the structure was part of an IRS watchlist of unapproved tax situations, the account was closed and company dissolved. Premiums were returned in the amount of $585,000, with the remaining $112,000 being held as reserves. It has been 3 years since closure of this account has taken place, and we are still fighting to get the other $112,000 in reserves that were held back. In December 2019, Ed Lloyd told us the IRS was auditing claims and that reserves
