I brought my Subaru in for an oil change and an inspection sticker. I called beforehand to insure they could take me in and, true to their word, they took my vehicle in straight away. The gentleman behind the service desk, whose name I can't remember (sorry, guy in the Columbia U hat) was super friendly and very efficient.

Trustworthy, efficient, and excellent service!
The only challenge is to catch them at the right time when they are not too busy. We have been bringing our car here for many years now, over five years.
Greg, Aaron, and Nathan have consistently identified the solutions quickly and efficiently. We had even had times when they recommended another spot to buy a car battery when we were not getting it with them.
It can always be down to trust in quality, which I have felt has always been consistently delivered when it comes to mechanics.

Dashboard lights were lighting up like a Christmas tree. Brought the Toyota Highlander in on Tuesday afternoon and it was fixed by the next afternoon. Aaron and his guys did a great job fixing the problem and doing a excellent tune up. A really neat and clean operation. Fair price also. I would highly recommend.

Best mechanic in NYC hands down. George is an angel disguised as a human!!! I have a car from 2007 that, to say the least, needs a lot of checkups. Even when they had a line down the street and no appointments for days they made time to plug the car in to give me a quick idea of the issue. These people will make you feel valued as a customer. Really bas service i parked infront of the shop and a guy came all mad to me if what i was doing and told me i need alignent and all mad said " NO i cant do aligment right now and left" i stayed then for couple of minutes looking in google for other shop and came back all mad that i have to move. Really costumer service not even being his costumer im glad i didnt left my car there

I called the shop little after 8 a.m. and was told to come right in by Aaron after CEL and others were lighting up the dashboard, I needed an oil change and there was a rattling sound along exhaust system after the car sat still for while during pandemic. After a thorough explanation of possible cause and solutions Aaron instructed me to return if CEL returns and a thoughtful plan of action if necessary. I'm impressed with the good will and thorough inspection of auto issues. As a first time customer I'm glad I found this shop.

I brought my car in for a problem that seemed like a spark plug issue. They thought it might be an ignition coil or a fuel injector. When they took the engine apart, they realized it had more problems than they were ready to fix and suggested I take it to a dealership. The diagnostic charge was pretty fair and I really appreciated that they didn't start experimenting with replacing parts like other service shops have done to me.

This is an amazing auto repair shop, I am extremely happy with their professional and expert service. I've been to a few auto repair shops to try to find and the reason why my engine was miss firing, no one was able to find it but Manhattan alignment, they repaired it and gave it back to me and one day, I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs

I moved to NYC in 2011 having just recently purchased a used 2002 Lexus sedan. I moved out of NYC in 2020 in the same 2002 Lexus sedan. Nathan and the team at Manhattan Alignment & Diagnostic handled all of my oil changes, inspections, and a few repairs along the way. My now 18 year old car was still humming along just fine when I said goodbye to New York for good, thanks largely to Nathan and his team. Not too many car repair joints in the upper west side of manhattan but my cuz who lives a stone throw from the west side hwy has always brought his wheels here for inspections , wheel alignments and other preventive maintaince that's not covered by his car warranty. honest and fair prices and they won't rip you off with unnecessary repairs as i was told my brakes still had about 8 months of safe life left and after a test drive and check of tire pressure the mechanic strongly recommended a wheel alignment which will improve gas mileage and add to tire life. it's not easy to find

I came in to get my NYS safety inspection and the process couldn't have been smoother. I called earlier in the day to ask if I needed to make an appointment and George told me that I could come in that afternoon (though my car is new, so the inspection probably takes a lot less time than it would for an older car). If you drive an older car, I would recommend calling in advance (a day or two at least) to make an appointment as it sounds like they are quite busy.

My check engine light came on and I was concerned. They gave the car a quick check and sent me on my way. Aaron helped me. He was very nice and explained that sometimes the light goes on when it's not a real problem. He said if the light comes back then something is wrong. They are honest mechanics. I will be back for my next tune up.

These guys, "The Twins" and their entire staff are just superb. I go every year for an inspection. The cost by the State is $15. You would think they're getting $115. Very friendly, fast, thorough, and nice customer waiting area. I lease a new car every two years and sometimes wish I need their service repair, and maintenance more often. Great guys.

Big shop, very clean and easily located on a side street off Broadway, so it's very easy to pull up in front, without blocking traffic.
Came in to get my state inspection, Aaron was super nice. I made an appointment ahead of time to find out what would be the best time to come in, so it was done quickly, and I was back on the road.
