Please review the Yelp reviews for this business before handing over a penny. Victor is condescending and RUDE. Not his staff... Victor. I submitted my documents in FEBRUARY. It is now JUNE and my taxes STILL haven’t been filed. Emails go unanswered and talking to Victor is akin to speaking to a petulant child who apologizes for NOTHING. He runs this business as if you’re asking him for a favor, not paying for a service. Run, if it's not too late!! Victor is a disgrace to his profession and gives CPAs a bad name. He will make a smooth sales pitch for various accounting strategies. Ultimately, he will take your money and not deliver on anything he has promised. The staff cannot even get my address correct. Then they stop answering your calls. They will file late on your behalf. Victor belongs behind bars in my opinion.

Delerme, CPA had been doing my taxes since 2011. I am not sure what happened in the last 2 years, but I could not be more upset with the level of disregard they have for their clients. The Office Admin Karina Reed (She was my primary contact-NOT an actual CPA) is completely nonresponsive, she made SO many mistakes on my forms and NEVER once apologized. I could never get hold of the CPA that was signing my forms (they changed CPAs without my knowledge for the year 2019, they just put some guy's name on my return I had no idea who he was. 2018 was filed late without my knowledge and I only found

I would give a negative star if I could. They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with. I was calling for over a month with out any follow up. They never would do what they say they are going to do. The person that referred me said she was having a lot of problems with them as well. Do not waste your time. Absolutely AWFUL.

I had an extremely negative experience working with Delerme CPA. In providing all my complete personal and business documents in January 2016 - I did not receive any completed documents until late August 2016.
His staff would ask me the same basic questions every 2-3 months when I literally begged them for my tax returns. On top of all this - I got hit with a $1100 late filing fee because of Delerme CPA...that just came in December 2016.
Do not use...highly recommended to go anywhere else. Such a negative experience it makes taxes every more stressful.
