Services
Kris has been an employee since 1991 as a scheduling and financial coordinator. She strives daily to communicate with patients about the payment options that are available within our practice to obtain the high quality dentistry they want and need. Kris is married with two daughters. Julie is a Registered Dental Hygienist who received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Iowa in 1987.

The dentists here — especially Dr. Eckdahl — are excellent. Hands down the only place my family and I will go.
Two of the main reasons for this: Kris at the front desk and Lexi, the dental hygienist. Kris is always so friendly, so helpful, and so HAPPY. It is extremely refreshing to be greeted by someone like this. Someone who knows my family and I by name, and does EVERYTHING she can to make our visit a positive experience.
Lexi — not sure on the spelling — is AWESOME. She and Dr. Eckdahl worked on SIX teeth of mine. They got me in, and out, as efficiently as possible. Lexi made sure

I had the pleasure of having my first appointment at this office a few days ago, and it could not have gone better. I've been a patient of my current hygienist, Katie, for the better part of two decades now, and she always provides excellent service and a very fast and thorough cleaning. I live about 300 miles away, and Katie is well worth the trek back every six months to get my teeth cleaned. Towards the end of my visit, I met Dr. Eckdhal for the first time, and she was an absolute ray of sunshine. I did not expect such overwhelming positivity so early on a Monday morning, and it was a nice touch

I didn't know going to the dentist could be this pleasant. I actually look forward to my appointments now.
The entire staff is incredibly professional, efficient, and kind. You can tell they have an exceptional dedication to customer service. You're always made to feel welcome and informed on what is going on.
My favorite part is that they explain and walk you through everything they're doing, why they're doing it, and how the present visit compares to past visits.
I can't say enough good things about Carter & Eckdhal! You won't be disappointed.
