In the process of getting my wheel alignment done with another company they cancel my appointment due to covid at the last minute wind up keeping the faith found these guys across the street they got right on it last minute pleasant they actually cared about my safety I will give them 10 Stars if I could and I will recommend anybody to go up there to get service done the lady at the front desk is wonderful very friendly great customer service and the fact that she can and she's willing to explain detail makes things even better don't forget her patients. Keep in mind all this was done at the last

Stans Auto Service provides exceptional customer care while also giving that "family" type feel. I highly recommend this company for your service needs. They are great at explaining an issue and doing everything they can to fix it and explain how they're doing it, while they're doing it. This is Paul Bucy, took my blazer in for service engine light knew the code and replaced all parts, told them after replacing the parts the service engine light came back on and the secondary injection pump wasnt shutting off so i removed the relay so it wouldnt burn it up, They replaced the secondary injection pump and check valve after i told them i already had done that and didnt inform me that they were replacing them, the lady at the front desk said that if that wasnt the problem they would put mine back on, after days of having my vehicle they call and say that it is fixed, i pay by credit

I was told by countless coworkers that Stan’s was the only place to go and they were not kidding. I have had an awful vibration issue that I’ve tried endlessly to get fixed for months with only new problems popping up. Not today because Erika and Ryan (I believe!) really took the concerns I could vocalize seriously, zoned my problem, were beyond honest, fair, reassuring, etc. I was even shown a photo reference so I understood the source of my problem and I left a shop finally feeling safe. Erika’s obvious dedication and kindness is unparalleled. I won’t take any car anywhere else.

Big thank you to Stan’s for recent great service. Visited Stan’s for the first time recently. I’d started the car up one morning for work and was met with the clear odor of dead animals. Stan’s got me in quick, took apart the dash, removed a squirrel's nest above the cabin air filter, and deoderized/ionized to get rid of the bacteria/smell. I needed the car for an upcoming trip and they got me in same day despite a busy schedule, charged me a very fair price, and gave me a ride up the street. Team was also very friendly / professional. Thank you!

I've been going to Stan's for years now. When I first moved here, I didn't know Akron too well, but I needed to find a reliable auto service shop. After a time, I thankfully found Stan's. This place is honest, fairly priced, and employs a host of friendly people. I cannot stress enough how excellent their service is. They always do a fabulous job on my car and take the time to explain what they're working on. They go above and beyond in their service. Far beyond what you would find in your typical auto shop and, like I said, I'm beyond grateful they're here.

I was referred to Stan's Auto by a customer and mechanic from a muffler shop. My car was running hot and leaking antifreeze. I received excellent service at Stan's Auto Service. They removed and replaced my radiator. My car is running very good now! The repair was reasonably priced and completed within one day. Erica, front office, was very nice and welcoming. She was also very knowledgeable about the service I received.
