I've been with David (state farm) for over 15 years. So, I recently started a new position which calls for shift work. I missed a car insurance payment. Through voicemail David hounded me for days with settle threats of loosing my license if my insurance isn't paid. On my first day off I call to speak with David but his assistant answered. She wouldn't put him on the phone but lightly demanded me make the payment with her. After I noticed her getting aggressive, I asked to be transferred to him. To my surprise, he had the same attitude! Not apologetic, just stating "he doesn't like playing phone

I’m only giving three stars for State Farm.The company is good but I had an unpleasant experience with David.I don’t want to go into details but David seems to think that he is a doctor,psychologist and a psychiatrist and he gave me unwanted medical and psychiatric advice! You are an insurance agent,you’re not a doctor who’s there to diagnose and treat people.
I had no choice but to explain my medical condition and a family member’s during a visit to him.He thought he knew more about my medical condition and my family member’s condition than I did! I have been diagnosed and so was

David Bruce is the best Insurance Agent I've ever had. He has been in touch with me every step of my claim process. Prior to my accident, just keeping me up to date on my policy and providing tips to save me money, no other agent has ever done that for me.
