Alfredo Guevara is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A. 1996) and the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D. 1999). Mr. Guevara has represented thousands of clients charged with a variety of misdemeanor and felony offenses. Additionally, he has represented clients in thousands of DMV license suspension hearings.
Bartholomew Wolcott is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio (B.A. 2006) where he was on the Dean's List and participated in various clubs and organizations. During his time in college, Bart served in the U.S. Army Reserves and began preparing for law school.
He graduated from Western Michigan University Law School (J.D. 2011) and participated in mock trials, the Intellectual Property Association and Sports and Entertainment Society as vice president and treasurer.Bart has represented clients in both civil and criminal actions as well as license suspension hearings.

I am so grateful to have had the services from David wallin’s office. When I needed help they were there and fought for me. I was facing jail time and was very worried about how long I would have to be away from my family not only did I not have to go to jail but I actually got help that I needed from other programs. I am so happy with the law offices of david wallin. I have a criminal case with them and the other people also filed small claims against me. The team there could not represent me in my small claims case but they did help me by gathering evidence for me to use to represent my own case. I am 82 years old and would not have been able to access what they could for me to protect myself. I went to my hearing with the information they had armed me with and the other party did not get the ten thousand dollars they were extorting me for. I was amazed by the professionalism of the staff at the Law Offices of David M. Wallin. We had a relative out of the country that had trouble entering into the U.S. due to an outstanding bench warrant that was issued some time ago. David Wallin and his staff immediately took action on the case and within a week convinced the judge to recall the warrant and on top of that, the case was terminated by the judge. Called a number of firms. This was the only one to answer. Chelsey was knowledgeable and they were willing to wait for me to get there. Court was the following day so there was a bit of panic. This was for a restraining order for a false allegation of domestic violence.
