Richard and Nigel are great! They are both very attentive and reasonable with pricing and necessary vehicle maintenance. I highly recommend Chantilly motors, they honor their work and won't waste your time or money recommending work that doesn't need to be done. They will take great care of your vehicle. I can't say enough good things about them. Nigel will go above and beyond to show you why items do or do not need to be fixed and make recommendations accordingly.

By stroke of luck I happened to stop by this shop, and wow was I blown away! I required a fairly complex repair, but the service was extraordinarily fast and the pricing was extremely competitive, plus they have a one year warranty for repairs! Nigel was personable and helpful, Chantilly Motors is very customer oriented business. My fiancè and I won't be going anywhere else again!

My car broke down on the side of the road due to a crack in the radiator causing the engine to overheat, exacerbating a rod knock I was already aware of, and thus completely killing my engine for good. Chantilly Motors is where the tow truck driver recommended we stop off. It was a stroke of great luck, because these guys are amazing. Replaced the engine and radiator for half what the Toyota dealer wanted for just the engine replacement. Had complications after we picked up the car, but they towed it back, gave me a loaner for the weekend, and then the car worked fine after the followup. They&apos

My husband and I always take all our cars here. We've shopped around for prices elsewhere and this place always gives the best price and best service. It's hard, especially as a woman, finding a mechanic you can trust. I'm glad to say I've finally found a place I can trust.
