This used to be a good place of business, but the quality of employees has drastically diminished. My license was suspended by no fault of my own and when I called them for assistance, not only were they unprofessional but they did nothing to assist. On top of that almost everyone I spoke with had a language barrier, it was very hard to understand what they were saying. One lady named Maide that works there asked me for proof that my policy is still active, I provided everything to her. When I attempted to speak to her again, I was told by another employee that there is nothing Maide can do for

I had a great experience with Allyne when applied for the health insurance. She is wonderful person and very knowledgeable about all details of any policies. There’s some difficulty with reaching out for her but it’s really worth it to have her as an agent and she is incredible and professional in this field.

I was the first time in the United States concluded a contract of insurance for cars in August, 2015. After paying the maximum rate just over $ 1,400 for six months (Honda civic paid 100%) I was assured that in the next half of the city will be a discount, after half a year, I returned to my office offered a base for 1500 :) I changed the agent and made the base for 513 dollars in the same company progressive. Today I received from the collection company in the first contract, $ 147 for non-compliance procedures that I was not told the agency. The guys look for another agency !!!!

All starts with a receptionist there - a doll for a helpful one. Then the agents are not competent. The agent when I went to buy the insurance "forgot" to take pictures of the car so I had to come back... Then when I needed to file a claim, which I had no experience in, they refused to provide any guidance... To cut a ling story short - if you need a helpful company, DO NOT CHOOSE SKYLAKE INSURANCE!
