I have tell the world, this has been the best experience ever. I have such a positive impression that I still remember the attention to the customer especially Misty and Patricia. As a customer service manager, I was very happy with the services I received from Misty and Indira. Very professional and courteous.. I was with Assureus North Miami Beach for a while. I then took a new policy and added my son. They quoted me exactly the same as what I was paying previously. How wonderful you might think.
No sooner was the ink dry on the contract they began taking money out of a ccard I had used once. Knowing I was bringing my information within the month and that card was not on the document as payment.
THEN....... as soon as the ink was dry, they doubled up my payment and took it on the credit card (which was not mine)... and when I queried this I received so many lies. I called the company they had
