Brian Lawler from Van Winkle Law Firm represented me in a very complex case with highly emotional undertones.He took this case on after two other attorneys (not with Van Winkle) had failed to develop strategies that would safeguard my son's rights. My sister and I hired Steve Grabenstein to represent us in litigation over our fathers estate. Steve and his team (Pat & Heather) were always responsive to our needs and request. They were always VERY prepared for each step in the case. I am not sure how my sister found Steve but I am very glad she did. Through Steve's representation and guidance we were able to settle the estate in our favor. Steve had our best interest in mind at every step of the process. I contacted Van Winkle when we needed help in planning for my parents needs. Caroline Knox was very thorough in getting all the information needed and helping us to get their wills, powers of attory, and all legal papers done. She was then extremely helpful in guiding us through the Medicaid process in order to enroll in the PACE program. Her knowledge and professional manner made a very difficult process much easier to accomplish. I highly recommend this law firm.
