Not knowing much about my insurance options, I decided to call and get info. Usually, I prefer for an in person visit but due to COVID I decided to call feeling I'd probably wouldn't get a thorough breakdown. Pete and his staff helped me and educated me on the coverages I should really have. Once that was discussed and gave me my options. They shopped the different companies and came back with great options. They had a team that can guide you if you really want guidance not just someone who takes your order just to sell a policy. They go that extra mile or two

PM insurance is a one stop shop to get so many needs met. Insurance is so annoying in general, and they make it easy and accessible. My contact there is Peter. He explains things thoroughly but efficiently. He digs deep to find the best prices, but also explains why to go with a certain company even if it's more expensive- and he was right!
The best part for me is that he's not a typical sales type guy. I felt very comfortable working with him and didn't feel like I was getting sold.
