When Nick first opened his location he reached out and offered to quote me with no obligation to buy. Nick gave me full transparency on everything he put together; I never thought I would ever be able to afford auto insurance coverage through State Farm; and various options to choose from. I took all options for consideration before deciding if I would buy coverage. Ultimately, Nick answered all my questions and I decided on a bundle that worked for me.

So I’ve recently been looking into auto insurance quotes. I was able to get on the phone with Sayra. First off she is very knowledgeable and made me feel really welcomed. She thoroughly explained everything to me without coming off pushy which is what usually pushes me away from other competitors. Your branch without a doubt needs more representatives like her. 10/10 would recommend more people to speak with her.

I have been with a variety of insurance companies throughout the years, but none have really taken the time to help me decide which coverage was best for me. I would always ask for the same basic coverage from each company and I would always just get a quote to go off of. I honestly did not understand insurance very well, beyond the basics. We have been with State Farm for many years but with Nick’s office for around three years since moving back to California. We always work with Maria M. who is all-around amazing, responsive, and pleasant. We just purchased a home and while going through escrow needed some questions answered quickly. I called into this office because I wanted an auto insurance quote. I spoke to Christian and he was very professional and explained all the coverages to me, and also explained why they might be important. I didn’t feel like I was just another customer, but that I actually mattered to them and that their priority was making sure my protection is best suited to me.

Maria from Nick’s office is amazing. I’m a college student and I have always had a really difficult time understanding all the technicalities of how Insuranve worked. Maria is always there to explain and guide me through the entire process, and she could not be a sweeter girl. Thanks to her, I was able to find the perfect policies on both of my vehicles and I feel safe knowing that I’m covered, and I have an amazing agent to help me with any issues I may encounter.
