NEVER HIRE Stan Samuels, the owner of North Country Realty. HE is UNETHICAL, DISHONEST, SCAMMER THERE IS IN THE BUSINESS. This man managed our condo in Angel Fire, NM and did the worst Job anyone can do. He STILL OWES US MONEY even after he allowed drug dealers into our home. The tenants were never screened, the HOA didn't allow pets and he went against the rules of the association. Our place needed huge repairs and Stan Samuels kept our deposit. We are absentee owners and we trusted him. He took advantage of us, He used our place as his own ATM. Never Hire him. I am in the real estate business
