I do not take the time to write reviews, but in this case I am making an exception. I was first introduced to this photo repair by my Great Aunt as they restored a photo beautifully. I was very optimistic about what we submitted as we just loss a very precious family member. The owner, Brian Dressler, took my call immediately and promised he could provide the photo over to us with a quick turnaround time. This was reassuring. As we go up there, Brian was empathetic and expressed that he could do the job within the timeframe we needed.
I try to be fair in writing this review, but little did I know

I went to Brian Dressler for professional headshots and had a great experience! Getting your photo taken, especially in a professional studio, can be a little intimidating, but Brian was very kind and thoughtful. He put my anxieties to ease with his calm demeanor and explanation of his process and what I needed to do. He had a screen set up so I could see the photos, and encouraged me to take more if there was something I wanted to fix (like my unruly hair or crooked collar) or try against make sure I was happy with the result. The proofs came back right away so I could select my favorite shot

Scott did the restoration of a photo of my grandmother (circa 1903). The original was extremely faded and worn. His work and attention to detail were amazing and I am so pleased with the finished product. It was a pleasure working with him. The turnaround time was very fast and I was able to review the progress for comment via email. One caveat: Be sure to call first to make an appointment...these gentlemen are often on the road with projects and may not be in the studio. You will not be disappointed with their service.
