I give it a one star for poor customer service. We walked up to the counter to order and the lady did not acknowledge us at all and when the phone rang, she picked up the phone. She could've at least say "I'll be right with you". We walked out without even ordering. Who knows maybe the food would've been good.

This place is a joke the lady on the phone doesn't even understand anything and you can't do combinations and extra meat lol

I'm addicted to their curry chicken which always comes with a generous serving of vegetables which also have that great curry flavor. My wife loves the chicken and veggie plate (with lots of extra yam yam sauce) and the kids get the fried chicken (only thing I'm not crazy about) and fries and wonton soup. We've been ordering from here for years and have found the food to be consistently high quality and they always get the order right.

Standard American Chinese take-out place. Order sichuan beef and shrimp + vegetable. A little salty to our taste but it is alright. We were in the rush so we definitely appreciate the fast service. The lady is alright. Not sure why ppl say she is rude. U order, u pay, u wait, u get ur food and u leave...

My go-to place for to-go Chinese. It's quick, the portions are generous, it's tasty. I've ordered from Lin's maybe 10-15 times, and I have never been disappointed. Their General Tso's is outstanding - actual chunks of white meat chicken (some places have much more bread and gristle than the chicken meat). My only complaint is sometimes the fried things (like the Chinese donuts or the sweet and sour chicken) can taste/be too oily. But, to remedy that I just don't order that stuff. So, Lin's is my go-to and will continue to be my go-to. I love Lin's!!!

I understand 2020 was hard on everyone but this place needs to shut down they keep changing ingredients and sauce the food i got last night was nothing but garbage the health inspector needs to pay them a surprise visit. Airplane food,jail food,dog fecal matter,algae,their food

Normally we really enjoy the chicken bowls but tonight I ventured to try the hibachi chicken, based on the picture from their menu. Besides I have had hibachi chicken before. I was extremely disappointed, it was like boiled breaded chicken, totally unappetizing and not edible. When I tried to talk to the manager, she basically told me that the meat is prepared differently and really didn't seem to care. Pictures attached.

My first time buying lunch here I ordered shrimp brocolli and chilli oil on the side on a small container, when lifted the lid a hair was in it like from a nostril and on one shrimp I saw saliva with bubbles and white in color. Did not ate the food I drive buses for a living and Thank God I have the skill of close attention.

Worst service ever messed up my food didn't cook the rice all the way terrible service 2 thumbs down I will never go back over there

Ordered sweet and sour chicken, use to seeing vegetables within this recipe..NO veggies with it at all. $11.00 for just sweet & sour syrup sauce & chicken.
Won't buy here again.

Our order was all mixed up. Once I tried the salmon I ordered, unfortunately it did not taste as good as expected. It was dry and hard. The vegetables were just OK, nothing to have to running back there for. Horrible customer service.

Will NEVER order from here again. First time I had someone ask me where is the tip! Are you kidding me? You never ask a customer for a tip. As high as the prices are, tip definitely included.

Typical Chinese style carryout place. They offer wide rice noodles (Chow Fun) that most take out places in Manassas do not offer. My order included cashew chicken. They charged a buck extra to add a few snow peas. That's OK, they gotta make money wherever they can. However, when I got home, the "cashew" chicken was made with peanuts. If they're going to go cheap on the ingredients, I'll go elsewhere!

I'm giving it 1 star because there's no option for 0. I ordered with my school colleagues today, they got our order wrong, so we called and they sent a delivery with the correct one, by the time it was here, our lunch time was over (we are teachers, don't have much extra time at the school) also, the chicken didn't look like chicken at all!!!. Then, when I was eating my shrimp and veggies I found a metal string (I assume from a sponge) in the middle of it.
I called the restaurant and the lady at the phone wasn't nice at all. She was asking ME to go to the restaurant and pick up my $9 dollars from

I am unclear why people are raving about this place. This a pretty standard American Chinese take out establishment. There's nothing unique or authentic about this place. It's perfectly good American Chinese but's NOT authentic Chinese & it not fantastic. I had the hibachi chicken & it's basically stir fried all chicken thigh meat with a 1/4 amount of veggies ON A HUGE BED of RICE. The chicken & veggies are tossed in a very small amount of teriyaki. I could barely taste it. I had to add 2 packets of soy sauce to the entire entree to give it the dish flavor. The veggies

Horrible customer service. Got the door closed in my face while trying to ask for some sauce got completely ignored and had to call the restaurant for her to come to the door again. She then tried to say my order didn't come with sauce and then when I told her I have gotten some before she came out with one small packet and then shut the door in my face again. As far as I know she is an owner of this restaurant. Food is not that good to come and be treated poorly especially when you're a paying customer. Will not come back again.

Man was this good! Chicken fried rice and chicken mein, lemon chicken. Lemon chicken was pretty bad to me (dry), not to friend. But, that fried rice was the best I've had in 50 yrs. No kidding. Ditto the chow mein. The chicken was SO tender. And lots of it.
Won ton soup, HUGE, thick noodles wrapped around pieces of hamburger? It wasn't won ton wrappers. Flavor of soup was odd. All other dishes too spicy hot.

Really good food. We had the sweet and sour chicken and the hunan chicken. Both were excellent. Next time I order I will ask for extra chicken in my hunan chicken. Oh, it was loaded with vegetables and they were excellent. First time trying this place and I think the best in the area for chinese.

For American traditional Chinese styled food it is great for delivery. The cover all the basics of any standardized Chinese food joint. The wings have to be one of the best. If they came in flavors that would notch them up to a 5. I load on a Sunday and nosh all week. This has been great for the great lockdown of 2020. A safe bet if you want your egg-fu-yung or happy family fix.

Great value for the quality and amount of food!! I've been coming here for years and they have never let me down. Very clean inside and now that we can't enter they're taking every precaution for curb side pick up! Friendly too :)

This restaurant has some of the best Chinese food I have tasted in the DMV area. I have lived here for the last 7 years so that says a lot. Tried for lunch while working today and it's really tasty. Thanks guys!

I want to give this place a better rating because there food is really delicious but the customer serves is terrible. Who ever works the front is rude as hell, pushy, and comes off as annoyed when you're ordering or asking any questions. I would order from here more if they work on there customer service.

Came here tonight with family and the owner was so upset she had to wait 5 minutes for us to look at the menu, we are spending money at YOUR establishment. Terrible customer service and the food wasn't great either.

We have ordered from here a couple times before. Both times, it was fairly good. I don't normally write reviews but this time I had to because we were not sure what we were eating. We ordered Sweet and Sour Pork and this is what came. (See pictures) Hardly any meat in it. The fried batter was white, dried, and hard. I'm guessing they used old, possibly expired, batter? After eating a couple bites, we ended up tossing the whole thing. Very disappointing. New to this area I wanted to make this place our usual Chinese restaurant.
