Great Service. Andrew helped me find an investment property as well a house for my family and I. He was very responsive and made sure I was aware of every single detail involved with the transaction. I usually hate when people don't follow up with me because it makes me anxious and Andrew was real good about that. The home was approximately 340,000 and he was able to find sellers to bid on the property and it ended up selling for 350,000!

No one has worked harder for me in finding a location for my business. The thing that was most impressive to me was the strong communication. Balalovski never left me guessing, they always kept me in the loop. They also listened to me and found properties specifically suited to what I said I wanted.
