I can't help feeling like I was completely duped into spending the application fee for an apartment I would never get. The people who I spoke with there came across as caring and concerned but they were ultimately powerless and had to know they were misleading me. They convinced me to apply knowing that I probably don't meet their requirement, promised to help, ignored me and then the company pocketed my money and had a completely different person call to say tough luck.
At this time, I really couldn't afford to be kicked down anymore. And that's what Real Estate Opportunity has done. These people

This review is about the property located at 1293 Neil Avenue.
I'd give it about 2.3 stars.
The property itself isnt bad looking on the inside. My apartment had hardwood floors throughout. They ended up replacing the stove and heating unit early in due to a gas leak and issues with operation so all the appliance ended up white and matching. It is really small. The building itself is old. Floorboards dont level out. There are areas in the wall were you can see water damage near the AC. The bathroom is far from up to date. There is a strange texture to the top of the bathroom walls that I just

Too many cockroaches they swamp your kitchen sink, bathroom, bedroom during the day and at night mostly. Also, if you move in, your bedroom mattress will be infested with bedbugs. Do not move in unless you can leave with such recklessness and infestation. Too many trash paper around the dumpster. Its a mess to live with such. You will regret it for real.

If I could give it zero stars, I would.
The properties are not taken care of at all,
Roaches, bedbugs, faulty equipment.
Have given them plenty notice of the issues and when our lease was up all we got was rude remarks because I was fed up with the condition of the apartment.
Had told them about these problems multiple times even talked to the owner and basically didn't care. I've lost thousands in property just because of this complex.
Staff rude and unprofessional.
Please do not rent from them.
