Terrible customer service, untimely, poor follow up and lack of accountability.
When Mikes team dropped the ball on a fairly simple request, instead of taking accountability he tried to point fingers and push the problem off as a corporate one. When I needed State Farm the most they weren’t there. If you’re convinced State Farm is your best option there are plenty of other agencies in town I would highly recommend going to before this one.
