Divorce is often a highly complex issue, and the issues that a divorcing couple must deal with may lead to a great deal of tension, financial expense, and time wasted. A divorce may turn into a long, drawn out battle over every little detail, but it does not have to be this way.

With an experienced divorce lawyer, such as Attorney Watson at your side, you have the opportunity to handle your divorce in a timely fashion and to reach an agreement with your spouse so that you can move on.Attorney Watson represents clients in divorce cases throughout Boston's South Shore region, including Plymouth County and Norfolk County.
The amount of spousal support depends on the actual and potential earnings of each spouse in relation to each other, and the amount of money or property each spouse brought into the marriage originally. Another important factor along these lines is the standard of living the couple established for themselves during their marriage.
The process of divorcing in Massachusetts or anyplace else is never easy and never pleasant, and perhaps the most difficult and trying part of the whole process is determining the future of the minor children involved.

Critical questions to be answered include who will the children live with, how will their needs be financed, who makes the critical decisions about the lives of each child, and what visitation privileges will the non-custodial parent enjoy.

He was tough in court and settlement negotiations and gave me all of the information necessary to make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed. Bruce Watson served as my attorney during my divorce proceedings. Not only did Mr Watson make himself available for questions almost any time during the day, including weekends if necessary, he also personally drove me to the Canton court house when I had transportation issues. A divorce is a trying time for any client, but his professionalism and calm demeanor made a difficult situation easier. Even though my wife and I never ended up getting divorced, he continued to serve my needs, even coming to the courthouse in an effort to fasciltate the paperwork. It was a blessing I found his services
