I really appreciated Chandler for her excellent customer service! She expedited my experience by staying later to gather all needed information. She made me feel like she truly wanted me as a resident and like she cared about my needs. I had options to choose from without feeling pressured. Chandler was such an awesome person to work with. She really took care of me!

I am very pleased with the customer service here at Arbors On Taylor. Chandler made it very easy to apply for this apartment and the process went so smoothly. The apartment is perfect for myself with the one bedroom. It is very modern and I know me personally, I was very grateful for the washer and dryer inside the apartment. Can’t wait to spend the next couple years here.

Awesome staff at Arbors on Taylor. Vickie Brannon , community Director provided excellent customer service during our entire interaction over the phone. Vickie was very professional and receptive to questions. The next day I met the Assistant Community Director, Chandler Lee Farmer and she continued to provide the same excellent service. After showing my daughter and I the apartment, I was "sold". The grounds of the apartment were clean and well maintained. The rest is history. I'm looking forward to moving within the next few weeks.

Nice apartment complex. Always well maintained and the staff that works there is amazing, particularly one of the girls named Chandler. She is always so nice and makes sure everyone there has what they need and goes above and beyond to fix any issues the tenants have. She’s easy to work with and cares about the people there. It’s a nice complex but it makes it even better when you have staff there that care and that’s Chandler! Highly recommend.

This was my 1st apartment ever, and I absolutely loved my time and experience here. Miss Vickie, Miss Katie, and Mr. Stu are fantastic professionals and genuinely sweet people. They get things done almost immediately, and the office's communication is excellent.
The community's ideal location, moderate size, and relaxed atmosphere are what… immediately sold me when I first visited. The bright and neat apartments were just a bonus. I would definitely recommend (and have been) this community to anyone looking for the best place to rent in the Montgomery area. And I disregard any online review
