Amazing firm all around. My custody battle was supposed to be an open/shut case and I hired Mr. Mullen just to make sure things went smoothly. Luckily I did because the case turned into 10 months, 5 hearings, & countless orders all caused by the other party. Mr. Mullen guided me on the best approach on every challenge I faced, every step of the way. He also gave me many recommendations on how I can cut legal fees down knowing it would be less money for him. Any thing on here that says he only cares about money is completely false! Making sure I got the time and rights I deserved with my child always

Stay away!!!!!! Quoted me a price of $1500 for a simple child support case. I was on unemployment but paid the $1500. Told him up front I couldn't afford any more. He billed me $1000 over the set quote and it never went to court. Then sued me for the extra $1000. Not an honorable man!

Short & sweet: Mr. Mullen and his team are top-notch at what they do. In my case, he handle post-divorce issues that involved complex custody and parenting issues. He was instrumental in helping me maintain a relationship with my daughters when they were young. Now that they are grown, I called on Mr. Mullen and his excellent team again. This time, to process the necessary paperwork required by the courts to grant emancipation. Mr. Mullen and his staff are very thorough, easy to reach when needed, and reasonably priced.

We retained Mitchell Mullen, as our attorney for the adoption of our granddaughter. Mr. Mullen is very knowledgeable about adoptions and explained the process to us. Mr. Mullen's assistant Cheryl was very efficient in getting all our documents completed and submitted to the courts in a timely manner. Cheryl kept track of the process and checked with the courts to make sure our case was moving forward and provided them with documents that they requested. As you know divorce is hard enough with small children. Sadness and uncertainty leading the way. After meeting with Mitch, I felt like the world was lifted off my shoulders. He was very compassionate but also very honest about what I was facing. He also showed confidence that as long as I do my part he could help me with the best possible outcome! I worked with Mr. Mullen three times on divorce/child support situations. Once was very successful, twice it was roughly 50/50. The two times that were not fully successful were because of an idiot judge and because I contacted Mr. Mullen too late. If I had contacted him sooner, I would have probably saved myself thousands of dollars. Even afterward, he has made efforts that still might retroactively help with the cases that were 50/50.
I've been to court about ten times with my ex-wife in the past 15 years. The only ones that were successful were when I had Mr. Mullen representing me. Please
