We have been a customer for 30+ years and I have to say WOW to the service we received from Patrick Kelly and his TEAM! We had a water leak in the kitchen during COVID and I have to say not a fun thing to deal with during this environment. We learned quickly why it’s super important to have Local Representation vs remotely and or 800 number. Our claim was originally denied as it was difficult to articulate the findings when you can’t physically show the adjustor as they were not doing any in person inspections. I live in LA and have been with State Farm for over 20 years. Our son moved to the Seattle area and had to find a local State Farm agent to cover his auto and condo insurance coverage.

This state farm agency is amazingly friendly, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Anytime I have an insurance question, or request a quote for a new purchase, the people in the office immediately respond to my inquiries by giving various coverage level quotes, answer any questions I may have, and get me the coverage I need immediately. Love this office, and will continue using it for all my insurance needs. Highly recommended using this state farm agency for any insurance needs you may have.

Outstanding customer service, and response time to any and all of my requests for assistance. I walked into their office and Polly greeted me with a smile and a gift, and she absolutely saved me money on my car and renters insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend State Farm to anyone.
