My story is long so not going to waste my time going over every detail of the trauma this place has caused me. Never EVER go here for more than just a cleaning. Needed a bridge put in and had to come in 6… different times because the lab messed up my bridge so many times. And yes I said SIX times. Had hygienists stab me with tools which caused cuts in my mouth that took a week to heal. Went into pull a cracked tooth. Image taken and saw dentist 5 minutes.
Came back to have tooth pulled and the session ended up speaking to office manager only suggesting I purchase $50,000 worth of full set dentures that snap in.
Nothing about my abcessed tooth that infection had moved up to my eye. Charged over $300 and I won't go back. Called to see if any way I could have my tooth pulled..since I was charged for something and no call back. New in area...and this really upset me. I'm retired and I need help but far from bad teeth.

Met several members of the team, I had a cleaning and a very thorough exam with state of the art x-ray equipment. Everyone was very nice, professional and anxious to please. At the end of the visit, I was presented with an option on one tooth. It was thoroughly explained and the associated cost of repair was presented to me. It was presented as a choice which I very much appreciated. So as a grown adult the thought of having to go to the dentist is terrifying for me due to an experience I had as a child. From the minute I got there that day, Melinda was wonderful. She reassured me everything would be fine. She explained to me everything they would have to do so I would understand which helped calm my nerves.
