I am writing on behalf of my Dentist, Michael Kempf for the past 15 years. I have found him very reliable, He has informed me of the work to be done and did do just what He said he was going to do. Also, he told me of the charges that would be forthcoming. He and his assistant were very efficient in working together and the work was done where needed.
I would recommend him to anyone. We are a fee for service General Practice with an emphasis on Sleep (Airway) Orthotics, Orthopedic (TMJ Upper Retainers), Airway & Orthopedic (TMJ) Night Guard (Retainer) Splints, TMJ Orthopedic Splints, (TMJ Retainer splints to address Whiplash, Neck strain, MVA's ).

Dr. Kempf has provided quality dentistry to the Ashland community since February of 1981. Our office is providing state of the art laser diagnosis, and Digital X-ray for minimum radiation exposure and maximum diagnosis. We are also providing high definition intraoral camera live video with freeze frame to help patients to understand their own oral conditions/ask questions/ document for insurance billing.

I have been going to Dr.Kempf and his assistant Sandy for 7 years.
They are always very nice people,and professional,thorough,and knowledgeable!
Dr.Kempf is a "dental artist" so to speak.
The prices are very reasonable,and the hygiene in the facility,and dental equipment are superb.
I recommend Dr.Kempf for your dental needs!
P.S.the 7/14/2011 review is not at all what I have ever experienced in any way from Dr.Kempf.

I had a similar experience. Dr. Kempf exerted heavy pressure to do extensive and expensive work on the structure of my mouth. He also took a few pictures of my mouth and charged me several hundred dollars for the pictures. The person who recommended Dr. Kempf to me also quit seeing him for the same reason. March, 2017 update. I just saw another dentist for an exam and to have my teeth cleaned. He said that my mouth looked fine.

I was not pleased with Dr. Kempf's fear tactics, manipulation or unnecessarily rough cleaning methods.
Dr. Kempf cleaned my teeth using an ultrasonic device. I have had ultrasonic cleanings in the past with no problem, but with Dr Kempf I experienced extreme discomfort. I let him know that it was hurting and he did not ease up at all. When he was done he had actually damaged my teeth. He said that he had simply uncovered decay. I have had two other dentists look at the damage he did and they say there was no decay, just inappropriately harsh cleaning techniques that leave me
