My experience with Dr Cordero Office has been extremely difficult and ended up costing me thousands of dollars.
I have excellent Dental insurance and the Oral surgery I had done is covered as long as the office follows the requirements set by the insurance company.
I was quoted around 1800 usd for my out of pocket which i paid and was told that the remainder of around 3100 usd would be covered.
Months later i receive a bill for the 3100 usd and I am told it is my responsability because my insurance decline to pay it.
I called my insurance company and they told me that that Dr Cordero s office

I was visiting Florida and had a dental emergency, the temporary post that was inserted for my dental implant fell out. Dr. Cordero’s office was recommended to me by a friend’s dentist. I called the office and spoke to Marjorie who was wonderful. She set up an appointment for me the next day with Dr. Cordero. Dr. Cordero was very calming and he explained everything to me about the procedure that was going to be done. He is a master at his craft, I had absolutely no pain and the procedure was almost a non event. His assistant Nicky was very helpful and calming too. Thank you Dr. Cordero, I appreciate

This was a horrifying experience. I do not recommend that anyone go to this doctor. Our Orthodontist referred him and sent over the referral. We waited for weeks and weeks, they never called us back. I left message after message and finally had to contact the orthodontist so he could contact Corderos to get the appointment.Upon arrival we waited an exuberantly long time and then the doctor said that parents are not allowed to go back In the examination room with their child. I have a nervous teenager who has anxiety who wanted her mother to come into the examination room and they would not allow

Dr Rafael Cordero’s office is untruthful, very dishonest and manipulative. They billed my insurance incorrectly for me to pay an appointment that it supposed to be NO-charge. He is an ok doctor but should explain any procedures to their patients with more details. I lost a lot of money. Even though he did a decent procedure, he was not sure if that procedure will be the correct for me.
